4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders over £100 qualify for free shipping, while a standard delivery charge applies to orders below £100.
- Delivery lead times:
- Pre-orders & Out-of-Stock Items: 14 weeks
- In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 1 week
- Made in the UK Products: Delivered within 4 weeks
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Customers can return items within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging.
- Refunds will only be issued if items are in resellable condition.
- Bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty, in which case the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
