  • Orders over £100 qualify for free shipping, while a standard delivery charge applies to orders below £100.
  • Delivery lead times:
    • Pre-orders & Out-of-Stock Items: 14 weeks
    • In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 1 week
    • Made in the UK Products: Delivered within 4 weeks
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers can return items within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds will only be issued if items are in resellable condition.
  • Bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty, in which case the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
