You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Yes! Orders above £100 qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount will incur a standard shipping charge.
Delivery times vary based on product availability: • Pre-orders & Out-of-Stock Items: 14 weeks • In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 1 week • Made in the UK Products: Delivered within 4 weeks
Currently, we only ship within the UK.
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and unopened. Returns are not accepted if the item is damaged, stained, or not in resellable condition.
