Mangomood Shipping Policy

At Mangomood, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers across the UK. Below you will find our detailed shipping and delivery policy, including lead times, delivery charges, and terms of service.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above £100 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Orders Below £100: A delivery charge will apply, calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and location.

Lead Times

We offer different lead times depending on product availability and manufacturing location:

  1. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items: Shipped within 14 weeks.
  2. In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 1 week.
  3. Made in the UK Products: Delivered within 4 weeks.

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. If your order includes multiple items with varying lead times, the delivery will be based on the item with the longest lead time.


Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Your order is confirmed once dispatched, and a contract is formed between Mangomood and the customer.
  • For made-to-order items, cancellations are not possible once production has begun.

Delivery Methods

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure a reliable delivery experience:

  • Standard Courier Delivery:
    • Single-person delivery charge: £25.00 per order.
    • Two-person delivery charge (for large furniture items): £55 per order.
  • Weekend Delivery: Available for large furniture & upholstery between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Store Collection: Currently unavailable.

Delivery Restrictions & Exceptions

  • Delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to stock availability and courier limitations.
  • Next Day Delivery is not available for sale items or certain postcodes (refer to our Excluded Postcodes list).
  • Large furniture and two-person delivery items are not eligible for store collection.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • Large furniture and made-to-order items are subject to specific return policies.
  • If an item is damaged in transit, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We reserve the right to amend shipping terms and charges without prior notice.
  • Orders may be subject to security checks before dispatch.
  • All deliveries are subject to stock availability and unforeseen delays.
